Depending on our needs, Empower Pharmacy may offer jobs such as chemist, sterile manufacturing operator, warehouse lead or associate, engineering lead, project engineer, microbiologist, quality assurance specialist, quality control manager, formulation scientist, and roles in research and development. While requirements vary for each role, in general, quality assurance applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree in a science or related field preferred. Those successful in these roles will have strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of cGMP, USP guidelines, and quality control processes.
