Step 1: Discover
You can start your search by filtering options on our open positions page. We have four main career paths: operations, manufacturing and quality, business professionals, and sales and marketing. Also, you can choose between our Houston, TX and East Windsor, NJ locations.

Step 2: Apply
Identify the job opportunities that you want to apply for.
Please review in detail the duties, responsibilities, key competencies, and required qualifications for each opportunity. Then, click apply now to start the process.
Provide all the log-in criteria and fully fill out the application.
The information that you submit will be reviewed by our team. If you are selected to continue with the hiring process, an Empower recruiter will contact you.
Step 3: Interviews
Empower’s interview process is a two-way process designed to understand a candidate’s values, passions, and qualifications while allowing them to also get to know the company and what we stand for.
This leg of the journey starts with an initial interview with a recruiter, followed by formal interviews with 3 to 5 colleagues, including the hiring manager.
The interviews may be 1-on-1 conversations or in a panel format. They usually take between 45 minutes to one hour, depending on the role and its complexity.
You can expect questions related to behaviors, situations, and professional passions, and how they may relate to our core values of people, quality, service, and innovation.
Our goal is to offer candidates a thriving working environment and the opportunity to feel empowered to contribute their best to the company and the communities we serve.
Step 4: Offer
If you are selected for the position, we will send you a job offer. The recruiter or hiring manager will contact you with more details.
